HOME SELLERS

If you are selling your home you may ask why should I get a home inspection? Doesn't the buyer typically pay for the home inspection? Known in the trade as a "Pre-Inspection", the seller inspection offers the following benefits:

Existing HOME OWNERS

Even if you are not planning on selling your home you may benefit from a Home Inspection or propery evaluation. I have been in many homes where serious structural or other problems existed without the home owners knowledge. How does this happen?

Most home owners are not aware of the signs of serious problems until significant damage has occurred and is obvious. Many times the damage is in the attic, crawlspace or basement.
