I use the HomeGauge computerized home inspection reporting system. This means my reports are available to our Customers and their agents on the Internet the same day as the inspection.

To view and print these reports on the internet all that is needed is your web browser. There is no plug-in required or any other kind of reader needed.

You will be emailed a link to view the report with a user name and password. This email only contains a link to the report and does not have any attachments. This means you do not need to download large email attachments and you do not need to worry about email viruses.

If you have not recieved an email with your log-on username and password, please check your junk mail or other folders. Should you have problems please call 301-791-5656.

If you did not attend the inspection you will be required to agree to the Inspection Order Agreement posted on your web page before you can view the report. Additionally, If you have not paid for the report, you will be asked to pay by credit card before you may view your report. If you attended the inspection and have taken care of these matters you may click to view your report.

Once your report opens you will be able to print or save as a file on your computer. To do so click on "File" in the upper left corner of your web browser window. Then choose either "Print" or "Save As" from the menu.
