House Detectives has joined with Home Energy Team to provide customers a one-stop shop for energy improvements or other repairs/improvements to thier home. Home energy Team is an alliance of energy auditors, home inspectors, contractors, lenders, realtors and other energy mined professionals.

The energy auditor will perform an analysis of customers home to determine the most cost effective energy improvements to make. Recommendations will also be made for safety and structural needs of the home. The customer may then use thier own contractors to perform the repairs or they may directly contact the preferred contractors on the Home energy Team's web site. 

As a third option, Home Energy Team can provide a project manager for your home. The project manager will provide a detail workscope for the contractors (written instruction on how the work is to be performed) and bid the work to our group of preferred contractors. Further our inspectors provide quality assurance checks on the quality of the work performed. In addition the project manager will help clients obtain Federal, State and utility tax credits and rebates. While there is a small fee for the project managers services they can often save the customer many times thier fee.
